FROM MY BLOG "
OKOK I KNOW I KNOW...............
I SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS BLOG FIRST THING!
We got up early yesterday took the London Underground "subway" to the train
station, they told us some sort of power surge had slowed schedules, we were
able to catch our train, we were heading away from London, on the way to Ian's
parents house, the train was a little behind schedule, due to a power surge on
the subway, then it stopped and we were told to get off the train, well at
this point we had heard "cell phones" that some sort of explosion had happened
in London, then we were told to get off the platform, then told to leave the
station, then told to get far away from the station, a package was onboard our
train, and the Army was reroute to "blow it up" well this was unsettling to
say the least, we knew at this point a lot had happened in London, we were
hearing people on cell phones talking to friend and loved ones, and we knew
something "big" had gone down. we made a new friend, Andrea, a nice girl from
Canada, who lives in London, and seeing how all train and rail service was a
halt we took her in with us, much better to be amongst friends and not alone
in a time like this, Ian's dad came to get us, well we found the scene in
London was awful, so please pray for the people who were caught in all this
mess. All our Friends and Family were aok, most lost a day of travel, better
than the other options!
